In order to ensure the best possible quality of translation and to limit the strain that interpreters endure after hours of interpretation, we provide the client with the most suitable number of interpreters given the duration of the interpretation sessions: |
| An hour and a half or less: | one interpreter |
| Between an hour and a half and five hours: | two interpreters |
| More than five hours: | three interpreters |

Installation of an interpretation system inside a room requires the booth in which the interpreters work, infrared transmitters, microphones, headphones, a technician, and related equipment. We supply the interpreters, not the equipment. We can, however, align you with companies that specialize in setting up and renting out this equipment, companies that provide a five percent discount if you mention Express International Translations Inc.. And contrary to a number of bureaus, we neither take into account the amount of time required for the interpreters to travel to the conference sites, nor the amount of time required for the interpreters to familiarize themselves with the terminology. |
