We respect our clients and maintain high professional standards. We know that poor or rushed translations create conflicts that lead to heavy financial burdens, as well as a loss of prestige and credibility for the client. To avoid these occurrences :

We choose translators for the assignment whose mother tongue is the same as the target language.

We only assign work to translators who specialize in the field of translation required. If we are not, after a brief analysis of the text, able to assure you of the highest quality translation due to the nature of the document, we will inform you of this immediately.

We work as a team. All of the translations are systematically revised by a second translator of equal competence.

We never accept translation work for which the turnaround time seems unrealistic and compromises quality.

At your request, we can provide you with a quote before beginning the translation assignment. Costs are determined by a word count of the source document (the document requiring translation).

Typesetting work (columns, tables) is calculated on an hourly basis. Please note that figures, whether three or 1,000,500, are counted as a single word.

 

Delivery of the document to the client : translations are produced according to the requirements of the client on WordPerfect 9.0, Microsoft Word 2000 or WordPerfect Corel 7.0. We can send these by fax, courier (diskette or hard copy) and by email (Roman fonts only).
